Personal data that we process:

Prismae processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Privacy is very important to us and that is exactly why we collect as little personal data as possible.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

- identity data: for a personalised approach, it is important to note your name, first name and date of birth;

- contact data: so that we can contact you when necessary - for this we record your address, e-mail details and telephone number;

- professional data in the context of career guidance;

- data you voluntarily provide us with when asking for information, making an appointment, sending an enquiry, registering for a training course or workshop or entering into a collaboration.

In addition, we also collect data on the use, access or interaction of our website by means of cookies (Google Analytics) and/or similar technology. This data is not linked to the user database and is deleted after seven days.

We may also receive information about you from other sources, as well as from third parties such as partners with whom we jointly offer services or conduct marketing activities. The data we receive through third parties will be protected in the same way as described in this privacy policy.

Data Processing purposes:

Prismae collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- In order for the sessions to take place safely (protection of vital interests of data subject);

- to handle your payment (legal obligation);

- to send you our newsletter and/or advertising folder (consent of the person concerned);

- to be able to call, write or e-mail you if this is necessary to perform our services. This is to provide you with documents, record appointments and so on (permission data subject);

- inform you about changes to our services and products (consent data subject);

- Prismae also processes personal data when we are legally obliged to do so, such as the data we need for our tax return (legal obligation).

We collect and process your personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary, but also in a way that allows us to provide you with a pleasant, efficient and good service.

How long we keep personal data:

Prismae will not keep your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. This means that we do not retain client and/or potential client data for longer than two years after the end of the last meeting (coaching session / intake / workshop/ training).

However, please note that certain data will be kept longer in order for us to comply with legal and accounting requirements, among other things. Naturally, the data will also be irrevocably deleted after this period.

Sharing personal data with third parties:

In order to process your personal data, we grant access to our employees. However, we guarantee a similar level of protection by making contractual obligations opposable to these employees and appointees, which are similar to this privacy policy.

The personal data you provide will not be sold to, nor shared with, third parties, except with regard to third-party suppliers who perform services such as web management and hosting, provision of training, processing of billing data and mail communication.

If Prismae is asked to disclose personal data in the context of legal proceedings, it will respond positively, but will provide only the strictly necessary and requested data.
