Coaching for recovery and reintegration after burn-out
You have been diagnosed with a burn-out and wish to find someone who can help you answer the following questions: Why? What now? How can I fully recover?
The recovery from a burnout does not necessarily lead to a long period of inactivity. The sooner you embrace professional help, the shorter your healing process. Our recovery and reintegration coaching services are here to support you on your journey back to wholeness.
We understand the toll that burnout can take on your physical, mental, emotional well-being, and interactions with your environment and approach coaching around these 4 pillars. The first step is always the (re)connection to your body allowing to enable restorative rest. After that and at your pace, we help you heal and rebuild your life from the inside out. Through compassionate guidance and personalized support, we'll work together to address the underlying causes of your burnout, develop effective coping strategies, and create a sustainable plan for recovery and reintegration. Whether you're struggling with feelings of exhaustion, disillusionment, or lack of motivation, our coaching can help you rediscover your passion, purpose, and joy in both your work and personal life.
Practicalities
Important note: In case of (mental) health problems with stress and/or burn-out symptoms, you should first contact a doctor and/ or a psychologist for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Coaching and psychological therapy serve distinct roles. Coaching is a future-oriented process that focuses on goal achievement and skill enhancement. On the other end, therapy delves into deeper emotional and mental health issues to address underlying psychological issues and traumas. Even though stress and burnout coaching is a powerful support tool, it doesn't replace medical treatment! It offers strategies for managing stress and enhancing resilience that complement traditional healthcare.
I am an accredited stress and burn-out coach; meaning that the training through which I was tutored is certified by the association VESB (Vereniging voor Erkende Stress and Burnout Coaches).
Coaching is possible in 3 languages upon your preference: Dutch, English and French.
Your coaching session can be organized both online and live in my practice in Ghent or in-company.
A session typically lasts 1 hour. We define together the number of sessions and the duration of your trajectory based on your personal objective.
