Reduced tariff with the loopbaancheques from VDAB
Thanks to subsidies of the Flemish government, employees and self-employed can receive individual career guidance from an accredited career coach in an inexpensive way. I work together with the VDAB accredited coaching center Loopbaan from Yourcoach, which I am a proud member of, for job and career coaching.
If you have a minimum of 7 years of work experience and currently live in Flanders or Brussel, you are entitled to 7 hours (2 cheques) every 6 years. These 2 career cheques can be used consecutively in a trajectory of 7 hours, or separately in a traject of 4 hours and 3 hours respectively. Per cheque (4h or 3h) you pay only 45€. The rest is subsidized.

Practicalities
My career & job coaching guidance trajectories run in blocks of 3 to 5 sessions of 1 to 1,5 hour depending on your objective. In each session, we set a concrete goal which we work towards and translate it into concrete steps which we follow up in the subsequent sessions.
I work with the accredited with the VDAB accredited coaching center Loopbaan from Yourcoach. This allows you to pay your career & job coaching sessions (up to 7 hours) with the VDAB loopbaancheques. You are not qualifying for these cheques? No worries, I also provide personalized career guidance without theses cheques at my standard tariff.
I am an accredited professional coach at PCC level from ICF (International Coaching Federation); meaning that the training through which I was tutored is certified by ICF.
I coach you in Dutch for trajectories via the VDAB loopbaancheques. For guidance without these cheques, I can coach you in English, Dutch and French upon your preference.
Your coaching session can be organized both live or online. The live sessions take place in my practice in Ghent or in-company.
